If the team arrives and cannot get inside, a lockout fee will be charged. We will attempt to reach you first to see if access can still be arranged.

No, you don’t have to. Many clients choose to go about their day while we clean. If you’ll be out, just let us know how we can access your home. We always take your home’s security very seriously.

Not always. The first cleaning is typically priced higher because our team is doing a deeper clean to get your home up to our service standards. After that, regular maintenance cleanings are easier and usually cost less. We will provide estimates for both the initial cleaning and ongoing services. If your home goes more than a month without service, the next visit may be priced like a first-time cleaning again.

Since every home and household is unique, cleaning prices are based on a few key details. Things like the size of your home, the number of residents, pets, clutter levels, flooring types, and how frequently you want service all play a role in your personalized quote.

While our technicians are extremely careful, accidents can occasionally happen. If a house cleaning technician causes damage, Hubbard’s Maid Service will take responsibility. We are bonded and insured and cover smaller breakages up to $100. For larger situations, our general liability insurance applies.

Our technicians report any breakage immediately so we can notify you quickly and address the situation.

Normal wear and tear is not considered damage caused by our technicians. Things like loose door knobs, failing grout, or deteriorating caulking fall into this category. We also ask that items such as pictures or mirrors are securely mounted and able to handle light dusting pressure.
