Our team works carefully in every home, but if something is accidentally broken by one of our house cleaning technicians, we take responsibility. Hubbard’s Maid Service is bonded and insured and covers small breakages up to $100. For larger incidents, we carry general liability insurance as well.

Our cleaning technicians are honest and required to report any breakage immediately so the office can notify you and address the situation right away.

Normal wear and tear around the home is not considered breakage and is not our responsibility. Examples include loose door knobs, worn grout, or deteriorating caulking. We also ask that items hanging on walls or resting on surfaces are secured properly and able to withstand light dusting pressure. This includes things like mirrors or pictures that may not be properly mounted.

If you ever notice an issue, the best thing to do is take a photo and submit it to us for review here:

For any special instructions regarding your home, please communicate directly with the office rather than the house cleaning technician. This allows us to properly document your requests in our system and avoid miscommunication or billing issues.

We are very proud of our cleaning technicians and invest a lot of time and resources into hiring and training the best team possible. Because of this, our employees are not allowed to accept private work from clients unless Hubbard’s Maid Service receives a finder’s fee. Please do not solicit our employees for side jobs as it places them in an uncomfortable position and is unfair to our small business.

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment for your service. If you prefer we use your products instead, we are happy to do so. However, we cannot be responsible for any damages caused by customer supplied cleaning products or equipment.
