Yes. If one of our technicians causes breakage while cleaning, we take responsibility. Hubbard’s Maid Service is bonded and insured and covers smaller breakages up to $100. Larger incidents fall under our general liability coverage.
Our technicians report all damage immediately so the office can notify you and handle the situation quickly.
Normal wear and tear in the home, such as loose knobs or crumbling grout, is not considered breakage. We also ask that items hanging on walls or resting on surfaces are secured properly.
If you believe something was damaged, please take a photo and submit an incident report here:

Please communicate any special cleaning instructions directly with the office so we can properly document them.
Our employees are also protected by employment agreements that prevent them from accepting private work from clients unless Hubbard’s Maid Service receives a finder’s fee.
We bring all supplies and equipment to each cleaning. If you request that we use your products instead, we are happy to do so but cannot be responsible for any damage those products may cause.
