Our team works carefully in every home, but if an accident happens we will absolutely take responsibility. Hubbard’s Maid Service is bonded and insured and covers smaller breakages up to $100. Larger damages fall under our general liability coverage.

Our technicians are honest and immediately report any breakage so the office can inform you and resolve the issue quickly.

Normal wear and tear is not considered breakage. Examples include loose handles, worn grout, or crumbling caulking. We also ask that items like pictures or mirrors are securely mounted and able to handle light dusting pressure.

For instructions about your home, please communicate directly with our office so everything can be properly documented.

We also ask that clients do not attempt to hire our technicians privately. Our employees are under agreements that prohibit accepting outside work unless Hubbard’s Maid Service receives a finder’s fee.

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use yours, we can, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by client-provided products or tools.
