House cleaning in the fall presents with some different challenges than other times

Mats are inexpensive, and they keep people from tracking water and dirt through
the house. The International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) estimates that
mats can remove as much as 80% of the dirt and water from shoes.
2. Make sure your vacuum cleaner has a HEPA filter.
HEPA stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Air and it will really help to remove
the very small particles that may otherwise be suspended in the air. Of course, you
need to clean the filter and/or change the filter regularly for it to be effective.
3. Keep your windows closed.
If you’re an allergy sufferer in Savannah, then keep your windows closed in the
fall. That’s when all that pollen and those mold spores are airborne. Ragweed
pollen can travel as much as 400 miles.
