Q: How much does Airbnb turnover cleaning cost on Tybee Island?

Turnovers are priced per visit based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and whether linens and restocking are included. Owners on a standing schedule get consistent per-turn pricing they can build into their nightly rate. Call (912) 961-9131 for a quote on your property.

Q: Do you offer same-day turnover cleaning between guests on Tybee Island?

Yes. Same-day turnovers between an 11 AM checkout and a 4 PM check-in are the core of this service. Availability is booked ahead by the week during peak season, so send us your calendar rather than calling the morning of.

Q: Do you offer one-time apartment cleaning, or only recurring service?

Both. Many clients book a one-time deep clean before guests arrive or at the end of a lease, and there is no requirement to sign up for a recurring schedule.

Q: Will you clean shared or common areas in my building?

We clean interiors of individual units, and we work directly with associations and property managers for hallways, clubhouses, and amenity spaces under a separate commercial agreement.

Q: Do you clean student apartments and handle end-of-semester turnovers?

Yes. End-of-lease and turnover cleans around SCAD and Savannah State schedules are a regular part of our work. Book early for May and August — those weeks fill quickly.

Q: Can you clean my apartment while I am at work?

Yes, and most residents prefer it. Access can be arranged through a leasing office, a lockbox, a smart lock code, or a key kept secured at our office. All employees are background-checked and supervised.

Q: Do you have a minimum size or minimum charge?

We do have a minimum visit charge that covers sending a trained, insured team to your door, but we do not price a one-bedroom as though it were a house. Ask when you call and we will be straightforward about it.

Q: How much does apartment cleaning cost in Savannah?

Apartments and condos are quoted on square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and whether it is a first-time, recurring, or move-out clean. Because smaller homes take less time, recurring apartment cleaning is one of our most affordable services. Call (912) 961-9131 for a quote.

Q: Do you handle post-construction or renovation cleanup?

Yes. Post-renovation cleaning is a separate scope because fine drywall dust settles for days and needs multiple passes. Tell us what work was done and we will quote it accurately instead of treating it as a standard clean.

Q: Can you clean if I have already left town?

Yes. We work regularly with realtors, property managers, and military families who have already relocated. Arrange access through a lockbox or agent, and we will send photos when the job is finished.
