Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If anything about your cleaning is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and correct it at no cost. That guarantee is a large part of why we hold a 4.8-star Google rating across more than 800 Google reviews.

Q: Can you clean while I am traveling or away for the season?

Yes. Many Sun City clients travel for weeks at a time. We can maintain the home while you are gone, do a fresh clean the week you return, and pause recurring visits without any penalty.

Q: Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

Every cleaner is a trained, supervised employee — not a subcontractor — and is background-checked. Hubbard's Maid Service is licensed, bonded, and insured, and we were voted Best of Hilton Head Island in 2024.

Q: Will I have the same cleaning team every visit?

Yes, whenever scheduling allows — and we know it matters more here than almost anywhere we work. Your team learns your home, your preferences, and your pets, and any substitution is communicated in advance.

Q: How much does house cleaning cost in Sun City Hilton Head?

Pricing depends on square footage, number of bathrooms, and whether you want recurring or one-time service. Most Sun City homes fall into a consistent range, and recurring clients pay less per visit than a one-time clean. We quote firmly before we start, with no surprises on the invoice.

Q: Do you clean homes inside Sun City Hilton Head?

Yes. Sun City is one of the communities our Bluffton office serves most often, and our teams are familiar with the community's gate and access procedures. Call (843) 781-8945 to schedule.

Q: Do you handle sand, salt air, and end-of-season damage specific to beach houses?

Yes. Sand in window tracks, sliding door channels, and entryways gets specific attention, along with the salt film that builds on glass and hardware. Beach properties also benefit from a deep clean at the start and end of each season.

Q: How do I know the property was actually cleaned if I live off-island?

Every turnover finishes with photo confirmation of the staged property sent to the owner or manager. If something is off, we come back at no cost.

Q: Will you restock supplies for guests?

Yes — paper products, soap, dish and laundry supplies, and coffee if you keep a stocked kitchen. We track what runs low and tell you before it becomes a guest complaint.

Q: Do you wash and provide linens?

We launder your linens as part of the turnover, and we can work from an on-site inventory of spare sets so back-to-back bookings are never waiting on a dryer. We do not currently supply rental linens.
