If a technician accidentally breaks something while cleaning your home, we will take responsibility. Hubbard’s Maid Service is bonded and insured and covers smaller breakages up to $100. Larger damages are handled through our general liability insurance.

Our technicians are required to report any breakage immediately so the office can notify you and resolve the situation.

Normal wear and tear is not considered breakage. Examples include loose fixtures, worn grout, or deteriorating caulking. We also ask that wall items such as pictures and mirrors are properly secured and able to withstand light dusting pressure.

For instructions or requests regarding your home, please contact the office directly so we can properly document them.

We are proud of our team and invest heavily in recruiting and training our employees. Because of this, they cannot accept private work from clients unless Hubbard’s Maid Service receives a finder’s fee.

All supplies and equipment are provided by our team unless you request that we use your own products. We cannot be responsible for damages caused by customer supplied supplies or equipment.
