  • We use your equipment and supplies unless you have prearranged with us something different—we prefer to do it this way because then you are used to whatever cleaning products we use, and we’re not going to introduce any pet dander or other from someone else’s home.
  • You can expect us to be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. We conduct criminal background checks on all our employees, and we have a very low turnover.

It is our mission to ensure that you are 100% happy with your cleaning before we leave your home. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your cleaning we will return to your home at no cost.

Please note:

  1. The tidier and more picked up the house is, the easier it is for us to do our job. For example, it’s hard to do a good job cleaning the kitchen when there are dirty dishes everywhere. We can load the dishwasher, but if the dishwasher is full, we will just neatly stack up any dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter.
  2. We can only reach as high as possible using the second step on a stepstool.
  3. Technicians will not normally attempt to clean in or under valuable or fragile knickknacks or collectibles, whether they are out on display or inside cabinets. Talk to us ahead of time if you have things like that which you are wanting us to address. We don’t want to break anything.

Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean

Our Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean is designed specifically for initial, one-time or seasonal cleanings. Below is a list of all the tasks we perform during a Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean.

Maintenance Cleaning

Our Maintenance Cleaning is recommended when you opt for recurring cleaning services. The most popular recurring service is bi-weekly, but we also offer weekly and monthly cleanings.  Below is a list of all the tasks we perform during a Maintenance Cleaning.

Vacant Home Cleaning

Our Vacant Home Cleaning is designed for a move-in or move-out scenario, or perhaps a rental property that is changing tenants. This is a very thorough and deep clean because if the home is vacant, we will be able to access areas that normally we can’t—like the insides of closets. Please note that we can only reach as high as possible using the second step on a stepstool. That means we obviously can’t clean a high-reach skylight.

  • Dust ceiling fans, (there is normally one ceiling fan and/or light fixture per home we cannot reach).

  • Remove cobwebs.

  • Hand wipe blinds, one time, each side with a microfiber cloth.

  • Clean and hand wipe windowsills.

  • Clean and hand wipe baseboards.

  • Dust/Clean grate over lower AC vent.

  • Clean doors for smudge marks.

  • Dust chair rail.

  • Clean switch plates.

  • Clean inside and outside of all bathroom and kitchen cabinetry.

  • Clean all counter tops.

  • Clean and disinfect all sinks.
