• Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs

• Sweep and mop hard floors with appropriate solutions

Desks & Workstations

• Clean and sanitize bare desktop surfaces and high-touch areas

• We won’t disturb paperwork—please have surfaces tidied prior to service

Screens, Keyboards & Phones

• Wipe down and sanitize monitors, keyboards, mice, and phone handsets

Lighting

• Wipe and disinfect reachable lighting fixtures, lamps, and switches

Furniture & Common Areas

• Dust, wipe, or vacuum chairs, tables, and soft seating as appropriate

• Clean lobby/reception surfaces and conference tables

Bathrooms & Kitchens/Breakrooms

• Clean and disinfect sinks, counters, fixtures, and partitions

• Sanitize toilets/urinals and restock consumables (client-provided)

• Load dishwasher if available or neatly stack dishes in sink

• Disinfect door handles, railings, elevator buttons, and light switches

• Spot clean glass and entry doors

• Dust vents, baseboards, window sills; remove cobwebs; reach nooks and crannies

• Collect and remove trash and recycling (to client-designated bins)
