Please report any concerns to our office staff rather than the cleaning technician. Issues reported after 24 hours will be addressed during your next scheduled service.
Payment Policy:
Pricing is finalized at the time the quote is given. If there is a quality concern, we will gladly return to re clean the area within 24 to 72 hours. Discounts are not offered unless we are first given the opportunity to correct the issue. Payment must be made prior to service using electronic payment or cash.
