Q: Do you clean homes in Laurel Bay?

Yes. We clean privatized military housing in and around Laurel Bay, including move-out cleans intended to pass a housing inspection. Book early when you have orders — the last week of the month fills first.

Q: Do you clean homes in Burton, SC?

Yes. Burton, Laurel Bay, Shell Point, Port Royal, and Beaufort are all part of our regular South Carolina route. Call (843) 781-8945 Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and we will find a slot that works.

Q: Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No. Most Shell Point clients give us a door code or lockbox and come home to a finished house. Our cleaners are background checked, and we are licensed, bonded, and insured.

Q: How much does house cleaning cost in Shell Point?

We quote each home individually based on square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, how long it has been since the last professional clean, and the type of service. Waterfront homes with a lot of glass and porch space usually take a little longer than the same square footage inland.

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most Springfield clients give us a door code or key and come home to a finished house. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too. Our cleaners are background checked, and we are licensed, bonded, and insured.

Q: How do you handle salt film on windows and sliders?

Interior glass, sills, and slider tracks are part of the Top to Bottom clean, and we bring the right products for hard-water and salt residue. Exterior window washing is not part of our service, but we will tell you honestly when the film is on the outside.

Q: Do you clean screened porches and sunrooms?

Yes. Porches, sunrooms, and Carolina rooms are included on request and are worth adding here, since marsh grit and pollen collect on the screens, sills, and floors faster than inside the house.

Q: Can you clean a second home before we arrive?

Yes, and it is common here. We schedule an arrival clean timed to your travel dates — floors, linens, bathrooms, kitchen, and airing out the closed-up smell — and can add a departure clean when you leave. Many part-time Shell Point owners keep a light monthly visit in between.

Q: Do you clean homes in Shell Point, SC?

Yes. Shell Point is part of our regular South Carolina route along with Port Royal, Burton, Laurel Bay, Beaufort, and Lady's Island. Call (843) 781-8945 Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, to check availability.

Q: Are you licensed and insured in South Carolina?

Yes — licensed, bonded, and insured, with background-checked cleaners. Hubbard's has served the Lowcountry since 2004, was voted Best of Hilton Head in 2024, and holds a 4.8-star Google rating across more than 800 Google reviews.
