We know that unexpected emergencies can arise. As a courtesy, each client is allowed one last-minute reschedule within 48 hours of a scheduled cleaning once every 12 months, at no additional cost—provided the situation qualifies as a true emergency (such as illness, hospitalization, or another unforeseen event).
After this one-time exception, any further reschedules requested within 48 hours of your cleaning will be treated as a skipped visit and charged in full under your Reserved Cleaning Commitment.
This policy ensures fairness to our Cleaning Professionals, who count on their scheduled visits for income, while also helping us maintain a dependable schedule for all of our clients.
