Yes. The first cleaning typically costs more because our team is doing the extra work needed to bring your home up to Hubbard’s Maid Service standards. Once the home has been properly cleaned, maintaining it during regular visits is easier and more affordable. We will provide estimates for both the first cleaning and the recurring service. If your home goes more than a month without cleaning, the next visit may be treated like a first-time cleaning.
