Yes. Initial cleanings usually cost more because our technicians are doing a deeper cleaning to get the home up to our standards. Once that is done, recurring visits help maintain the home and are generally priced lower. We will provide estimates for both services. If more than a month passes without cleaning, the next visit may be treated as a first-time cleaning.
